In order to be eligible to receive a grant from the Brockville Community Foundation, the recipient must be a registered Canadian charity. This is a federal legal requirement.

Furthermore, the work of the organization must take place within the geographic region served by the Brockville Community Foundation. This region is the City of Brockville and communities within the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville.
