First and most important, call us! We want to talk to you about your project, and we can help identify ways to strengthen your application, or we can advise if it meets our criteria. We can also clarify application procedures and deadlines.

Once you have discussed your project with us, complete the Grants Application Form and then submit it by the stated deadline. The Grants Application Form is meant to provide our volunteer reviewers with a brief overview of the initiative, rather than a detailed description.

The Grants Application will be reviewed by the Grants Committee, and some initiatives will be selected and asked to provide a more detailed application.  Grants will be awarded after reviewing the full applications.

Grant proposals for the 2010-2011 Call for Grants must be received no later than Thursday, January 13, 2011, at noon. Postmarks will not be accepted, as the files are distributed the same day as the deadline.
